As a 18-year resident and member of the Newcastle City Council, I am thankful to raise my family in a community that is desirable, safe, and culturally diverse. As one who grew up in a small town, I recognize the unique qualities of our city.
I'm committed to make Newcastle a wonderful place to live.
Public Safety
Police Response and Fire Protection will always be my top priority. I fully support our dedicated officers and efforts to ensure we have the best trained and equipped staff. I also support policies that our first responders to take a human-first approach to policing.
Responsible Growth
I am committed to helping Newcastle grow and develop while protecting our small-town roots. I am focused on ensuring our Infrastructure, Parks and Trails, and Traffic Management support our growing community, while also seeking opportunities to bring affordable housing to Newcastle. I also support our small businesses and recognize the value they bring to our city.
Community Events
The Art Fair, 4th of July Fireworks, Concerts in the Park, Newcastle Days, Lunar New Year Celebration, The Newcastle Softball Classic, and the holiday tree lighting are just some of the community events that make Newcastle a special place to live. I'm dedicated to ensuring we continue to offer events like these that bring our residents together and celebrate our community.
